Q1. Why should I sign up for membership?
A. there are 3 reasons
1. Every time you start booking, you save time and energy by skipping personal profile input.
2. You can contact hotels directly as tabimado member.
3. You can receive updated news from tabimado.
We ensure you that members' personal profile will not be used for other purposes.

Q2. Can I edit my profile (e-mail, telephone, address)?
A. Go to tabimado homepage. Find "edit member profile" at the information column.

Q3. Can I reject regularly transmitted e-mails?
A. Edit your member profile at tabimado homepage. select "No" for receiving e-magazines.

Q4. What can I do if I lost my member ID?
A. You can resume the ID at the lower part of e-magazines regularly sent to you.
You can also resume it at "forget member ID or telephone number?" column of the homepage.
If the above attempts still failed, please send us e-mail with your name, home telephone number, home address, registered e-mail, and birth. Our e-mail is: www@tabimado.net

Q5. Can I edit my member ID?
A. No, you can't. However, you can sign up with a new ID.
When successfully signed up for a new ID, please delete your old one at "edit member profile" of homepage. (specify the reason as: change member ID)
Please be sure that the procedure will lead to loss of prior records of hotel booking.
When you are in process of booking hotels, please edit after the deal is completed. (status of deal: "completed").

Q6. What should I do if my member ID and telephone number reported error?
A. Please check if the ID and telephone number are the same as when you signed up for membership.
Make sure that you input half-angle English letters or numbers.
Please check if you submitted mobile number instead of home telephone number when registration
you can resume your ID at "forget member ID or telephone number" column of homepage.
If still failed, please send us e-mail with your member ID, name, home telephone number, and home address. Our e-mail is: www@mytrip.net
You can resume member ID at the lower part of e-magazines regularly sent to you.

Q7. How much is the annual charge of membership?
A. It's free of registration, annual membership charge, and utilization
Members pay hotels for the accommodation when check in.

Q8. Can I sign up for company membership as legal owner of enterprise?
A. We don't have company membership. However, you can sign up as individual member. Since Tabimado members can reserve hotels for none-members, the whole company can thus enjoy tabimado services with shared member ID.
When asked to input home address and telephone number, you may give company address and telephone number instead.
Please specify the name of liaison person for emergency.
