Q1. Can I book hotel several months in advance?
A. Yes. Some hotels accept reservation as early as 12 months before. Others accept reservation 2 or 3 months before.

Q2. Can I book hotel at the same day of arrival?
A. Different hotel may have different rule about reservation deadline.

Q3. Do you offer reservation services to none-members?
A. None member can use member’s ID to book hotels. However, please be informed that the confirm e-mail of reservation will be sent to member’s registered mailbox.
(refer to Q7 to know how to input names of guests)
if information of guests changes, please contact the hotels directly.

Q4. Can I book 2 or more rooms in 1 order?
A. Yes. Please input the number of guests and rooms correctly when filling criteria.
First, input the number of guests per room, then input the number of rooms.
For example, if you need 2 rooms sleep 4 adults, please search by “2 adults per room, 2 rooms”. A list of hotels with availability of 2 rooms (average room with 2 beds or 1 queen bed) will display.
If you reserve rooms with multiple criteria (room type, guests per room), please search separately.
Reservation of multiple rooms can’t be cancelled in 1 order. Follow the reservation code and cancel one by one.

Q5. Can I get discount for telephone reservation?
A. No, you can’t. Members can enjoy Tabimado rate only by booking hotels online.

Q6. What is "some dates not available for reservation”?
A. When display as search result of hotel reservation, it means that no rooms are available at those dates.

Q7. Must I spell names of guests in Pin Yin?
A. We recommend that in case the system of Chinese characters couldn’t read simplified characters or traditional characters.
For overseas guests, input English letters.

Q8. What can I do if the system reports error in process of booking?
A. You may try some new browsers. If still failed, please contact Tabimado via e-mail (www.tabimado.net). Our working time is: 9:15-12:00am, 13:00-18:00pm (week-ends or holidays excluded). Please provide details of version and related information of the browser.

Q9. Should I double check via telephone after the booking is completed?
A. No, you needn’t. To save time when check in, please bring with you the printed form of confirm e-mail or confirm page.

Q10. How can I check the booking result for sure?
A. You can confirm the booking at “confirm.edit.cancel” page. You may also ask for confirm e-mail sent once again.

Q11. How long does it take for sending confirm e-mail?
A. There are 2 types of confirm e-mail.
The first type of e-mail is sent on demand after you completed the booking by clicking on “show hotel criteria/send confirm e-mail”. The subject of this e-mail is: “tabimado confirms your hotel booking”. If you didn’t receive it, please check whether you submitted the order or input correct e-mail address at personal profile. You can also refer to “hotel reservation details” for reservation criteria and send the page to your preferred e-mail box.

The second type of e-mail is sent automatically by Tabimado system one day before your check-in date. If you don’t wish to receive it, please select “no” after the choice of “receiving confirm e-mail” at personal profile.


Q12. What can I do if the target hotel didn't receive my reservation request?
A. Tabimado booking system links to hotels automatically. Therefore, make sure that the status of hotel reservation has changed to “completed” before you call target hotels. Tabimado guarantees all completed deals before your arrival date.

Q13. What can I do if I need extra beds?
A. A. Ask hotels directly after the deal completed. Different hotel may have different rate in this aspect.

Q14. If I pay for one, can I get a room with double beds or a queen size bed?
A. Some hotels do supply double-bed room or queen-bed room for individual guest. Please set the number of guests per room as “1”. In other case, you have to pay for a bigger room.

Q15. Can I set the status of availability as “wait to be cancelled”?
A. No, you can’t. Once you cancelled the reservation, the status of the room will change to “available for booking” automatically. Please check at “hotel reservation & booking”.
