Q1. Can I reserve a parking lot?
A. No, we don’t provide such services by now. Please contact hotels to ensure.

Q2. Where can I find the map of the hotel?
A. Please refer to the page of “hotel information”.

Q3. What can I do if there aren’t many hotels affiliated?
A. The number of affiliated hotels is increasing all the time. Please refer to “newly affiliated hotels”. Besides, you can also recommend your preferable hotels and add them to the list.

Q4. What is "Community"(under preparation)?
A. "Community"(under preparation) stores as many as 10 records of your recent hotel booking. It updates automatically. You can either confirm/edit/cancel hotel reservation or contribute posts to travel guide column.

Q5. How can I delete "Community" (under preparation)?
A. Please go to “Community”. Select “delete Community”.
Please note: You can delete records of prior hotel reservation at “comment”. There are as many as 10 records that can be displayed in “Community”. If surplus, the earliest record will be replaced automatically. Check in date also updates. If you wish to store the hotel information, please click on the “comment” button just right to the name of the hotel, select it as “favorite”, and click on “submit” to confirm.

Q6. Do you have rooms for disabled?
A. Please refer to “none-barrier facilities” at hotel information. Please contact hotels to ensure.

Q7. How do you protect members' privacy?
A. Tabimado system adopts SSL technology to lock members’ personal profile. For details, please refer to “privacy policy statement” at homepage.

Q8. How do I check in?
A. On your arrival of hotels, go to the reception desk, give your name and check in.
To save time when check in, please bring with you the printed form of confirm e-mail or confirm page. (If you don’t have a printer, refer to Q9.)

Q9. If I can't print the confirm e-mail of reservation, what should I do?
A. The printed form will save your time, but it is not necessary for registration. To avoid waiting, you may take a note of details of your online reservation, and show it at the reception desk.
