Hotels and tabimado members should execute booking contracts. For details, please
refer to the contract between tabimado and hotels. Tabimado guarantees the information
communication for hotel reservation and booking.

up (free of charge), one can start instant booking online. Hotels have reserved rooms for
tabimado members. When the page of confirm displays, the deal is already done.

Contract
for hotels (part)

This contract is made by and between Tabimado Shanghai Co., Ltd (hereafter referred to as B) and hotel known as ____(hereafter referred to as A), with an aim to agree A's use of online reservation system owned by B. The parties hereto agree as follows:

RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITY
Whereas, both parties aim at keeping online reservation system operated round clock with high efficiency. A agrees to fulfill agreement in terms of accommodation of guests, and B agrees to provide information through the reservation system for convenience of A and guests.

RESERVED ROOM INFORM
1. A agrees to inform B of the number of rooms reserved for guests' online booking the next month before the 1st day of each month.
2. A agrees to inform B in time if A adjusts the number of reserved rooms for B's reservation system. |

1. about reservation
request and contract fulfilled
(1) input items requested in the page of hotel booking,
then submit the order.
(2) tabimado doesn't accept booking through telephone,
e-mail, fax, etc outside of the system. When the
reservation form is completed and submitted online,
the contract hasn't been fulfilled yet. Only after
the system has transferred information to related
transportation companies or hotels, the contract
is fulfilled on the basis of rules made by related
companies and hotels. The contract is executed by
members and transportation companies/hotels.

2. reservation charge
Basically, it is free to make travel reservation
or booking through tabimado system. However, it
is subject to agreements made by transportation
companies or hotels.

3. terms of payment
(1) Please pay hotels on arrival at the reception
desk.
(2) Please pay transportation companies according
to agreed procedures.
(3) Other patterns preferable if notified in advance.

4. about cancellation charge
(1) users may require to cancel part of or all of
the contract, or modify the reservation. Tabimado
system is willing to act on request.
(2) On above occasions, cancellation charge is subject
to agreement between members and travel companies/hotels.
(3) In case modification couldn't be fulfilled in
short notice by the system, we suggest that members
contact travel companies/hotels directly.

5.responsibility and exemption
(1) Tabimado agrees to indemnify in the range of
transaction commission for any loss caused by, or
results from some negligent or willful act of omission
of tabimado information delivery. The indemnification
shall only be valid for notice made within 1 month
since the second day of the loss.
(2) Tabimado shall be exempt from responsibility
for any loss to members or transportation companies/hotels
due to other causes.
(3) Tabimado shall be exempt from responsibility
for realness of information provided by transportation
companies/hotels.

6.other
(1) Please make sure during reservation that on
different occasions, taxes or service fees may be
concluded, partly concluded or not concluded in
the travel charge.
(2) Reply to confirmation is regarded equivalent
to verbal agreement.
(3) Information provision of overseas hotels is
operated by related hotels and therefore doesn’t
fall into category of tabimado reservation business.
(4) Any ill-willed actions such as deliberately
no show will lead to suspension of membership and
termination of any unfulfilled reservation requests
made through tabimado.
